Software ordering procedure
for distance learning students only!

Although UC-licensed software can only be sold "in person", an exception is granted to UC distance-learning students who wish to purchase a copy of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 7, or Windows Vista.

You may only purchase ONE copy of each title. For Windows 7 you may only purchase one of the two versions (32bit or 64bit).

Windows 7 is availabe as a 32bit or 64bit version. Please visit the following link before you order to verify you are selecting the correct version for your needs. 32bit or 64bit?

Please verify that you have included the following information:

• Your ID number (M0...........) - No Social Security Number
• Your signature on the Student Acceptance form
• Your selected software
• Your complete shipping address (U.S. only, no P.O. boxes)
• Your credit card information including expiration date (that sheet will be shredded once the transaction is completed)
• Your credit card will be charged for the cost of the software, tax, as well as a $6.00 shipping & handling charge

We will ship your software using FedEx ground on the next business day following the reception of your fax. Please note that we are not authorized to ship international and that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
